I did some online shopping for previously owned Fusions, and found 3 in the Crossroads family of dealerships that fit my needs. Two were no longer available, but the one I eventually purchased was on site in Cary. I drove it, they gave my a price I thought reasonable and I drove it home that afternoon. I had one minor issue which the repair department corrected very quickly. Now 15,000 miles later, I still enjoy driving the car and it still performs like it did the day I bought it.
Tony, Commercial Sales, was a pleasure to work with. It was such a pleasure to deal with one person instead of the norm of “well let me see if my manager will go for that”. Tony handles the transaction from “A to Z”. The couple of transfer issues were handled quickly and professionally.
Just had some work done on my 2009 Ford F150 Lariat always a wonderful experience when dealing with the service rep Brian Smith and his people he makes the process very streamlined and very simple will probably be looking for a new F-150 soon as my girl is getting up in age but still running beautifully will be back January or February for another service to keep my girl running well want to wish everybody a Crossroads Ford a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year PS love your bagels
I went in for 4 new tires, brakes, oil change, check rotors,and wheel alignment. 4 hrs later I left with only 4 new tires and an oil change. Although I heard metal rubbing, they told me my front brakes were between a 4 and a 5. My back brakes still looked brand new. Whatever the noise was could wait until my next oil change.They didn't want to give me new brakes if i really didnt need them. They never told me what the rubbing noise was. This was a Friday. Good place to shop, I went in and knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and they made it happen. They didn't try to up-sell me to another car or add anything i did not need or want. I got the 2017 Ford C Max Energi plug-in hybrid (factory fleet vehicle) and am extremely happy with it and the whole experience. On a side note, did you guys put some kind of "magic gas" in this car, 400+ miles in two weeks and I still have half a tank of the original gas !!!!!
Worst experience ever. Robert Rudloff is rude and dishonest. I regret ever buying a car from them.
Everyone at Crossroads Ford in Cary are excellent. From our salesperson, Scott, to Manager, Joe and EC In finance I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Ford Escape. I told them what accessories I wanted in my next car and they found me exactly what I wanted and then some! They are professional, friendly, and really care about getting you in the car that you want.
