Satisfaction probably comes has a lot to do with who you dealt with. I found Mark Rooyakkers incredabily well informed, and sincerely enthusiastic about the product. In my case I was lucky enough to find a 2015 Focus with 12,000 miles on it and I couldn't be happier. Other the somewhat disturbing experience of suggesting I purchase $1,500 worth of additional warranty protection when I meant with the financial person, I have been very impressed with the dealership's response to my questions. I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated. Crossroads Ford in Cary has been one of the smoothest dealerships I have ever been too. The staff are friendly and legitimately care about good quality customer service and their customers. My next car will be bought here. I simply can't say enough how awesome these guys are. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion from Crossroads Ford of Cary and I received the best service I have had from a dealership. I worked with Mike and he got me the best deal and got me in the car that I wanted. He was very quick to respond to any emails or calls and was always eager to help! The entire staff at Ford was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made my buying experience easy and painless. I will be buying from Crossroads in the future!
BUYER BEWARE! @CrossroadsFordCary is falsely advertising a 5 year prepaid subscription to SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link with a voice activated navigation system on some of their Certified Pre-Owned Explorers. I purchased my 2015 Explorer from them on 11/24/2017 and when I left the lot the SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link were functional. The next time I went to use it it displayed Unsubscribed.
