I'm done with crossroads ford and the last instance was the clincher. Had a recall on my 08 mustang for the passenger side air bag. Took a day off from work only to be told their order system had changed and I would have to "order" the part against my VIN. Lost a day of vacation due to their system change. Took the car back for the airbag replacement. While it was done in under an hour, the tech not only scratched the plastic on the dash under the passenger side airbag, he broke the ignition switch. Crossroads Ford has be servicing my SUV and Corvette for the past 5 years. I find the service very thorough, and rearly if at all without fault. The staff is very professional, friendly and willing to take the time to discuss any concerns you may have. The waiting room surroundings are pleasent and I appreciate access to the computers they provide. A great choice when you need your vehicle serviced.
Service Dept. Great to work with. Have taken truck into shop for a sun roof problem about 4 times since owning the truck .m I think they finally got it fixed. While fixing one problem they created another by scratching up the center console also they need to replace the bench in front of the service dept. Chris in service is great to work with.
I have used the QuickLane service for oil changes and have been very pleased with the service. I have also used the Parts department and they were very helpful.
Chris Skelton and Jesse did a fantastic job repairing my car. They kept me constantly in the loop letting me know what was happening. I will be servicing my car here from here on out. Thanks guys.
