after having my truck in the crossroads service for almost 8 months - picking up the truck was a train wreck. Over 20 yrs I have bought many Ford's there, one year I bought two new F-250s for work. after this week, I'll never set foot in there again. done with crossroads Ford and telling my story to all - clear communications makes things work better. this didn't happen. sorry crossroads Ford - you lost a lifetime customer. ☹️
Very good place to have your car serviced. Very competent people work there and it is rather quick.
My wife and I we're just going to stop by Crossroads Ford / Cary to "window shop". Upon entering their showroom we were welcomed by salesperson Dylan who was able to answer all our questions about the "Escape". Everyone at Crossroads was very helpful, I would recommend everyone to stop by for the good service we received, We did purchase the Escape and so far are very happy with car and service for Crossroads/ Cary.

I bought a 2015 Ford Edge here. Within a day i noticed multiple paint chips and two cracks in the windshield. I contacted my salesman and he made an apt for me to come in and have everything fixed within a week. I also noticed a paint chip two moths after purchasing my car which they fixed and even filled my car up with gas while i waited. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. My fiancé will be back to purchase a truck here soon!
