I love visiting Crossroads Ford in Cary for vehicle maintenance. Our family has used them consistently since 2011. When deciding between an Expedition and Tahoe recently, I went with the Ford because I wanted to continue with the Crossroads service dept. The staff behind the counter is always courteous, knowledgeable, dependable and makes the whole process seemless. Shout out to Tony McCarthy for making my visits stress free. Allen Boyd and his team run a great business.

I had a great experience for my first time there. I was visiting the area with my 2002 Ford Explorer after having recently moved from Texas. I was panicked because I was overdue for an oil change and my car is very old. The first amazing thing is that this location offers a Quick Lane option where you can just come in at any time for quick routine fixes. What an experience I had today at Crossroads Ford! The staff is awesome, professional and so friendly! John Arruda is a great sales consultant and made the process fun and casual. My service call was for a Recall service. The Service Rep I had was polite. The only bad comment I have is that the techs (ones bringing the cars back & moving them) should communicate better the the Service Reps.
