My salesman Larry Curtisford and the rest of your staff made my purchase of my F250 Limited a breeze. I was able to negotiate and trade in my vehicle remotely and when arriving at the dealership things went smoothly. Larry has followed up with questions I may have had with the vehicle and I couldn’t expect better service. Thanks again!
Customer service and satisfaction are clearly not a priority at this store. Trying to make a purchase was a complete fiasco. They brought in the wrong car, found a damaged one, and then refused to make a deal on anything other than a 2018 that maxed out my budget. I drove all the way from Chapel Hill to complete a deal, and ended up with a migraine and complete aggravation, and no new car. I emailed the owner about my experience, so far no response.
