I recently purchased a Ford Escape. Our salesman was wonderful. It was a very busy day for them and we had exceptional customer service. The finance department worked with us and was very patient with our requests. I love my Ford Escape and look forward to continued service with Crossroads Ford Cary.
After that awful commercial that aired Today on NBC for Good Friday, I felt compelled to write this. The first and only time I ever visited Crossroads Ford Cary, I was greeted by a Salesman who decided he would completely ignore me and try to sell to my fiancé. Very convenient no appointment necessary for oil change tire rotation, usually quick in and out, but Tuesday I arrived at 12:30 ish and left at 2:00. That's toooooo long
I purchased a new Ford F-350 from Crossroads Ford in April of 2016. That experience was typical of buying a new car, but overall it was pleasant. I cannot say enough about how great this dealership is! Brandon Hatcher was my salesman, and he has tons of patience. I had no idea if I wanted new or used, car, truck, or SUV but he showed me everything! It took me a couple of hours, just looking. In the end, I found my perfect fit, and I love it! I love supporting a business where the owner, management, and sales make you feel special and appreciated!
