My wife and I bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Mark Rooyakkers at Crossroads Ford in August of 2017. The jumpseat was missing from the second row (to make it an 8 passenger van, which is what we bought), so the dealership said they would find us one to replace it. 6 months later, we still don’t have one. I was prepared to purchase the car i chose online once I arrived at Crossroads, but that didn't work in my favor and the next suggestion was a no go. BUT given that I have purchased my other vehicles from Karen Cockerel, it was an easy process to be able to make a purchase pleasure. She was professional, courteous, and pleasant in her approach to help find the right vehicle. The end result was a 2012 Ford Taurus SEL! Thanks Karen

Chris was really great helping with some moldings that had gotten loose or fell off. He had to coordinate with a glass company to get the work done and he minimized the amount of time we needed to spend at Crossroads getting the work done.
The service department has always done a great job. I like how Bryan, service representative, took the time to explain the issue with my car When I had a check engine light. I’ve been going there for five years and I’ve had many other representatives answer my mechanical concerns and advise on car maintenance needs without trying to make me spend more money.
BEWARE OF FORD THEY CANNOT FIX THEIR OWN CARS I BOUGHT A 2018 FORD FUSION AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE. I DRIVE UBER AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS STICK AND SHUTTER WHEN IT RAIN AND DO NOT CLEAR THE WINDSHIELD. VERY UNSAFE AND DISTRACTING WHEN I AM DRIVING DOWN THE FREEWAY WITH A CUSTOMER IN THE BACK SEAT. $35, 000 FOR THIS CAR I HAD THE 2013 FORD FOCUS WHICH WAS RECALLED
I always service my 2011 F-150 FX4 at Crossroads Ford in Cary and have always been very satisfied. I have never had a problem with my truck in the 108,000 miles so far and servicing my truck at the dealer is key to longevity and maintains the quality of my Ford!
We had the absolute best service ever! My husband and I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport and we love it! Mike Brinkman was our salesman and he was amazing! We couldn't be happier with our Ford Explorer! UPDATE! Today we took my mother in to talk to Mike Brinkman and she ended up walking out with a 2013 Ford CMAX! I believe that Ms. McKenzie understood my concerns and will do everything she can to deal with the issues I encountered.
