He made sure my experience there was a great one and that I walked away happy and with the car I wanted! I purchased a Camry from them a couple days ago. Overall, it was an amazing dealership and every person there went above and beyond. My sales rep, Bates, was very personable and easy to talk to. For the most part, I have always dreaded the car buying experience. The entire management team at Crossroads Ford, and especially my sales contact and Internet Manager Mike Brinkman and Keith Johnson BDC Manager were just a pleasure to work with. I ended up purchasing a Ford Escape for my daughter, and I/she could not be happier. The staff at Quick Lane are personable and efficient. I took my vehicle in for its 100K service. The work was completed in a timely manner and slightly below the estimated cost - can't ask for more than that!

Don't go here! As others said, they don't tell you on the phone that the service center is at another location... Piney Planes, not Walnut Street. Thankfully I lived in that part of Cary for 14 yrs, and could figure it out. They are super rude on the phone (over 3 xfers) making the appt and act like they are mad at you. They had no way to look up the recall number, and I had to tell them what it was for, and luckily I still had the letter that came in the mail to me.
