2-Stars. The sales rep was personable but I made his job real easy... I did most of my research ahead of time and knew the exact F-150 I wanted going into the dealership. I had also worked with the Internet Sales Manager through email to agree on a price prior to going in which made the actual buying less "painful". The reason why I can't rate the dealership higher is because of their unwillingness to help when I had a problem with the vehicle less than two months after purchase. Friendly staff, the first time I went the service was slow and I ended up buying a car somewhere else. This time it was fast and easy, and they have large inventory so I was able to find the right car. Would recommend buying from the dealer, the finance team seems efficient as well.
It took two hours you get an oil change. Waited over an hour B4 they took Edge in for service. Never had a wait at Capital Ford servicing my Escape.
Appreciated having shuttle service to take me back home while car was serviced. Very friendly staffer 'Sammie' in service area.. Not overly expensive for basic oil change & tire rotation. Good overall service.
This review is for Steven Schmitz "ONLY"..he is my sales person who worked HARD!! Service department was too notch. The quick lane gets you in and out while the full service part took care of my warranty issue.
I have been taking my truck here since they opened and have never had a bad experience with them. Can't complain about wait times because obviously other people have confidence in them also or they would not be busy! People are always friendly and service excellent!
Fast and courteous service. Only place I go! All my cars are serviced here.
