I will preface this by saying I did purchase a car there. I found a used Ford Escape on their website and wanted to test drive. While I was waiting, I went on their computer in the lobby and saw an almost identical one in Wake Forest, almost same price, but had the features I wanted. I told Tony, my sales rep, that I wanted to test drive the one there, but if I liked it, would be interested in the WF one, to see if it could be transferred, which it could be. We are very happy with our Ford Transit van, Lucy (tall, red van that we have named after another "tall red head, Lucille Ball"). The only reason that I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that we are a bit disappointed in the fact that we've had her less than a year, and at our first "check up," we were told we need to have her come in to have her "differentials" fixed. At least she's still on warranty. And also, the folks at Crossroads Ford did spot it and set up a timely return visit.

Brought my '05 F-150 in for a transmission fix. Ford Service did the job promptly and professionally, and saved me about $700 in the process. I have had this and other vehicles serviced by this service center, and on several occasions the people there could have taken advantage of me, but didn't. Example: once I thought a front wheel bearing was going out, but after looking at it, the service center told me it was just a loose lug nut. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.
