The staff was very Friendly. The service was fast and great.
I went for an oil change and tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Since it was a Friday afternoon I knew I'd be waiting for a while. I was told that it would take about two hours and it took exactly that! The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I'll be going there again!
I bought a 2015 50th anniversary Mustang at Crossroads Cary very happy with the experience and how was treated through out the dealing. Since have been back for service and ordering of Ford products again every thing was excellent. This week returned to look for a F-150 dealt with Steve experience was very good and got what we wanted ending up with the F-150 Lariat. Good, price fast service, work done welll. I'll be back for my next oil change.
Perfect installation of a tonneau cover on my F-150. The service tech came out, introduced himself, gave me an overview of the cover's operation. Done right, done on time, friendly people. Good coffee and bagels, good wifi, while I waited. What's not to like? My sales experience with another branch of Crossroads was equally good.
I would put 0 if I could but here is my story. My family has been a long term customer to the extent of at least 13 to 15 cars. Never again, about a year ago we bought a car from here, the salesman kept operating things for us which I thought was odd but didn't think much of it until we got home and realized he was opening the tailgate and messing with the vents for us because they were broken. Aaron and Casey were both wonderful to work with! I had dealt with a horribly pushy dealership the day before, who clearly thought I was nothing but a number. But Aaron listened to me and what I wanted in a car and helped me make the best decision for me. Fantastic experience all around.
They ordered an airbag for my Ford Ranger(recall) When they told me the part was in, I set up an appointment. When I got to my appointment, no airbag and no explanation. I know what happened because I used to work in the parts department of a Chevy dealer. They used that part for my truck on a different customer's vehicle.
