I have been taking my MKX to Crossroads Ford in Cary since I moved to this area four years ago. Their service is excellent and their employees are so friendly and polite, always willing to serve you in the best way possible. I'm also surprised of how efficient they work, which makes your short wait go fast. I love Crossroads and recommend them 100%.
Bought a 2017 F-150 on Memorial Day. Very nice staff and it didn't take very long. They were the only ones that had the truck with the interior and exterior packages I wanted.
Took my CUV in to have oil change and was quite pleased with the service and the time it took to have work done. All of about 30 minutes. I like the drive to Cary and taking the vehicle out on the road. I have used Crosswords Ford ever since purchasing my vehicle in 2012. I keep it maintained at the Cary location and I recommend Crosswords Ford to anyone wanting a thumbs up at this location. Won't go anywhere else.
see below: I will speak out for corporations doing a great job...and ones doing a terrible job. Allow me to share the past two weeks: My husband purchased a used 2014 ford F150 xlt a few years back with only 26,000. It now has 56,000 and is having transmission issues. It hard shifts accelerating through gears 1-3 and hard shifts slowing down from gears 3-1. We purchased the truck at Hendrick Pre-owned at the Cary auto mall.
