I generally feel like people here are usually trying to get rid of me and my useless Ford Focus that doesn't brig them in much money, just recall repairs constantly.. The Shuttle gentleman Kim is a delight however, the fact that I know him by name should speak to how often I have to leave my car there -_-
I didn't really want to purchase a truck but felt the time I had come in order to be able to haul my horses on my own and my future travel trailer. Mark Rooyakkers was an excellent sales rep. He worked openly and honestly with me over email and when I came into the dealership there were no surprises. He took me on a long test ride since he knew I had not had a truck before and I felt that he had really done his best to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my purchase. Thank you!
I have had my car serviced at quick lane on Piney Road Service is so efficient and customer service is excellent! Wonderful service and I'm a happy customer !
I recently took my F150 in for a noise coming from the driver side door. I had taken it in before and they were very accommodating and tried to fix it but it returned. It finally got to a point where I could make it make the noise and this evidently helped them find the issue. Sam James was the service rep that I have used the last two times and both time the issues was fixed. The service department customer service is horrible!!!! I called to get an appointment set up to get my Bluetooth fixed in my 2016 Ford Fusion and I was pushed off to some class for Bluetooth's. I didn't ask for a class I asked for a resolution. Then I was told to drop my car off all day on a Thursday, like i don't have to work all day. Huge inconvenience and a sorry excuse. I bought 6 vehicles in the last 10 years. , every time I've given these guys a chance to make me a deal and someone else was always willing to make the deal that they would not. My batting average with these guys just went 0-7. Even after they told me that they could do the deal. SMH

Service could not have been better, except that a shuttle driver would have saved me about 10 minutes! I didn't even take advantage of the fabulous waiting area. Five stars from this Ford fan!
