Crossroads Ford Cary in NC is an awesome dealership! Very friendly people. Drop by there and look for Joseph, Scott, A.J., or Rob. These guys are there to build an honest relationship with you. Our 2013 Ford Escape spontaneously caught on fire approximately 11 months ago while my husband was driving home from work as an officer in the NC National Guard. Actually, it was the Monday before Christmas last year. Thankfully, he wasn't hurt and I'm grateful my children weren't in the car. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership IMO!!! I went in to purchase a used vehicle and I found the one I wanted we asked straight out for 60 months financing with perfect credit and instead had each paper come out slid to us for 72 months we even got to point of shaking on it!! I was so excited and thrilled !! The only reason this dealership got our business is most definitely because we had a decent salesman. As far as everything else, it would definitely receive no stars, no referral business. We bought our '16 Explorer Sport from them this past Friday. We had already received a trade in value on our vehicle from another Ford dealership in Raleigh; this dealership tried to give me 7k less for it. Fantastic buying experience here at Crossroads Ford. Casey Marlak, our salesman, was great. There was a hiccup in the negotiating process that I thought would be a problem. I'll just say there was a mistake on Crossroads side of things. Rather than try to weasel out to f the mistake, the managers owned up to it and upheld their side of things.
