We bought a car several months back. 2013 Ford Escape. Crossroads owed us nothing after we drove off the lot. We had no service agreement nor did they promise us anything after the sale. We went in for an oil and change and we're happy to pay for the service. We were told that the car was being fully service and getting the works done and crossroads ford was covering it. Wow. Why do businesses like this still exist? Being a "Ford" family of five previous vehicles, I was very happy to watch my wife pick the car she loved and work on the price that she was comfortable with. Salesman says were set and she is cleaning out her car when I ask to see the final sheet on the price breakdown. It comes in $2500 over the number agreed to 5 minutes before. Worst sales experience I've ever had, buying anything. I've gotten better treatment at WalMart. They lost the sale of a $60k truck as well as all my future purchases. I bought my previous truck here, but never again. Ended up making the transaction at University Ford in Durham instead, and had a great experience there.
I bought 2 vehicles from Crossroads: 2015 Mustang and 2015 Edge. The 2 salesmen were fantastic. I bought my mustang from Seth and the Edge from Casey. These 2 guys would give you the shirts off their backs. Whole process was easy peasy. They listened to what I wanted then showed me what I was asking for. No pushing, no tricks, no "I know you asked for this, but let me show you that instead". The service department is tops as well. So, all around great car buying experience.
Terrible service department. We scheduled an appointment to get a recall fixed. Got there and they said no appointment. Okay, so we scheduled another appointment. Got there and guess what no appointment. BS. They still did nothing to help us. Trust me I will not be purchasing Ford again.
My husband and I went there today and I walked away with a 2016 Ford Escape I truly had a wonderful experience there our sales representative Steve Schmidt was awesome and was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and the owner Alan was very nice and friendly also will highly recommend for anyone to go there
I purchased a Ford Edge from Casey Marlak at Crossroads Ford Cary and it was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. He was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend you give him a call if you are looking to buy a car.
