Had an excellent experience with a recall on my car. Actually, two recalls. They were very helpful and explained everything to me. Didn't talk down to me because I'm a female, and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with them. It came back in good shape, as far as I can tell. Brian Smith was very helpful, and kept in touch with me the whole time. Car was ready when he said it would be and I was in and out. Found a 2015 Focus with low miles on line. Buying yet another car for last child in high school. Met at the door by Luke. Looked at several different cars on the lot. Took the one I found on line for a spin and the rest is history. Good price, easy to deal with. It probably helps that I purchased a 2007 Expedition EL Limited new from this dealership and had a great buying experience as well. Service group is exceptional. Will only take the cars there for any & all work.
I bought my new Focus RS from Anthony at Crossroads Ford of Cary just over a week ago. It was just the experience I desired - I knew what I wanted, he didn't try to talk me into anything different, they gave me a respectable offer on trade in, and there wasn't much at all of "let me talk to my manager". I like to go into a dealership knowing exactly what I want and cut out all of the other BS. Anthony did a great job of that - getting me out the door with the car I wanted as quick and easy as possible.
Purchased a new Ford Explorer the beginning of June 2017. This is the 3rd Explorer I have purchased at Crossroads. That alone should say something for the salesmen and everyone there. I dealt with 2 different salesman and both were just as accommodating as they could. 1 has since called and checked on things. I am very pleased.
The people that work here are awesome. They were able to work with my budget when another dealership told me that it was impossible. On top of that they had me in and out in two hours with my amazing new ford fiesta.

inspection done, nothing extra needed at this time but I wondered why I was charged $10? for a tinted window fee (my hubbys truck) I did not know it until I sa the form on the dash of the truck in the parking lot?
UPDATE 6/12/2017: The Ford People call my Husband back today to try and make things right. Thank you for your quick response. Hopefully, I don't have any other issues with my Escape moving forward..... 6/10/2017The people were very nice when I was signing the paperwork and handing them over the check.......BUT, after the Money was in their hands I got Nothing!
