Had my Focus in for replacing some clutch/transmission parts under warranty. Very happy with how everything was handled. Everything works great now and I'm looking forward to many more miles on this little car that I really like. Thanks, Crossroads. PS I LOVE the great mileage I get with this car, and the fact that I can carry all my musical gear including an Upright Bass with the seats folded down and easy access through the hatchback.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated and a few other things done Monday 10.23.17. They are very convenient for me. Everyone was nice. It was done in a timely manner. They also provide water and bagels which i fine is really great.
I’ve had great experiences with both the parts department and the Quick Lane services department. The employees at the Quick Lane always explain the wait times and go over every detail of the completed services. I drive and extra 30 minutes out of my way because of my experiences and the customer care.
