Amazing car buying experience!
I used the Quick Service Lane. It was not super quick but if it had been then I wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy my bagel and cream cheese that you provided. So overall, very happy.

They are a great dealership and did a fantastic job of working a deal with us for purchase of both an Escape and an F150. Our sales person, Sig, was both very courteous and helpful in getting us answers to all our questions and was very easy to settle down to a fair price for both vehicles. All this and no pressure! Definitely recommend Crossroads Ford of Cary to anyone.

In 2009 in purchased my Escape from John Arruda, outstanding salesperson. I have had all my Escape's service done at the dealer and with a few minor exceptions have had nothing but great service, Shawn and his staff at Quick Lane are by far some of your most outstanding representatives of what customer service should be like. RecommendedI had a great experience with Crossroads Ford Cary. Found a truck online that I thought they had,stopped buy the dealership on my way home from a trip to NCState Vet School. Met a very professional salesman Steve Smit who showed me the truck I was looking for and everything about it. We came together and was able to put together a trade that I was very happy with.
