Because when it's all said and done they didn't do what they said they were going to do. I was supposed to have gap insurance and they did not do that for me and when it came time that I needed it it wasn't there. Whoever the manager was the time was a terrible terrible finance manager. When you specifically asked for something and they don't include it but they said they did that's so false. I will never recommend Crossroads Ford Cary to anyone ever.

I would recommend Crossroads due to their customer service, which I have never seen from a dealership. After two software updates, my 10 speed is finally shifting as it should; however, this 2018 5.0 F-150 has been brought in twice for what I am strongly suspecting as a VCT solenoid issue, which is also causing a lower engine knock when warm. I showed the advisor how to make the rattle sound, at low speed, first thing in the AM, and he still says the foreman can’t hear this? It makes this sound twice a day since 6-1 when I b... read more

What a great experience for my first time at Crossroads Ford in Cary. I would like this opportunity to compliment the sales staff I encountered during my visit especially the sales associate Tracy Haywood. She went to great lengths to help me when I was looking to find a certain vehicle. She listened to what I was looking for and interested in and responded in showing me one of the vehicles I was talking about. Second time purchasing from Crossroads in Cary. Last year bought a new F150 for myself. This year my wife and I got her a new explorer. The whole experience was great. No high pressure sales. No trying to sale something we didn’t want. Told them what we were looking and a payment range and they worked with us in every way possible way to make the deal.
