RecommendedI went in to have a recall repair done. I was told it would be 3-4 hours before the vehicle was done. I told them I'd be waiting since I live out of the shuttle zone. The service team management got right on it and my car was ready in about an hour. these guys rock!

We had a really easy transaction with Crossroads Ford in Cary, I found a Black Friday Special Online, they called me with info and saved the vehicle for me to come test drive it, they had 3 ready for me within the same price to check out! Tracy was really easy to deal with and not pushy at all! Felt like for once a salesman was on our side! Since it was a holiday weekend we had to wait for the banks to open Monday. The staff is friendly and I know that I can trust their work. I just wish I could make an appointment for my routine service every 5,000 miles.
Just purchased a 2018 F-150 Super Crew 4x4 ( courtesy vehicle with 2295 miles on it)...Traded in my 2013 F-150 4x2 with 100K miles..Got a fair price in addition to several discounts for year end models.. Secured a 100K mile warranty with discount for pennies on the dollar...Cheaper than a preowned with low mileage..Excellent communication with Dwight Troyer to seal the deal...In and out in about three hours...
