RecommendedI took my 2016 F150 to Quicklane in Apex. I wanted the oil changed, tires rotated, annual inspection and a warranty recall done. Apex told me they could not do warranty work so I called Cary from there. Cary would not do the warranty work until March - even though the recall is a clip that takes less than an hour to repair and I was willing to drop it off and give them a day. Fast and friendly crew, but I have sent a voicemail and an email about getting the 2 items that were missing without a return call. I shouldn't have to call or email in the first place. it's been 6 weeks already, this the review. On another issue I had the shop check my 2016 Explorer because I was experiencing some functions doing to work: mirrors, lane control, and the seats and string moving in and out of my preferred seating when turning the car on and off. Very sorry we ever went to this dealership. Waited for mats that were promised for weeks, still waiting on spare key, and now they sold us a bogus warranty for dings/scratches on car that isn’t valid. Now they are not returning our phone calls.
