02MAR2019 update: gave me the incentive they advertised but didn't when I showed up, *but did nothing to fix a 750 taillight*. Sold me a vehicle for 39,000 that couldn't even legally pass an NC inspection. Called them about the issue before I even got the vehicle to the house, and it's been...3 months? Don't buy used from here even if it's *almost new* or "low miles" or you might end up like me. These newer vehicles aren't cheap to fix! My 2013 Ford Edge Sport's alarm began starting randomly for no apparent reason. A diagnostic showed a door sensors that costs $439. The sensors are known to fail, there are 6 of them, and $439 is more than my car payment. In addition to financing the car I also financed a lot of insurance and warranty coverage but I was told that despite this issue being known that Ford does not cover it and either does the coverage that I purchased for such events. The 2018 Ford F150 XL wass just what I needed and a good price. The real test came when I had a small issue. I was concerned and they handled the whole thing very well. Great loaner and very very professional and friendly staff. Extremely pleased! Tony was the tech that handled my case. So far so good in Cary.....i hope it stays that way :)
