Sales staff very professional, however still have a major issue with the dealership management. The truck I purchased came to Cary from their Wake Forest dealership. It came missing one of the two key fobs and did not have the factory door code. It's been over a week, and despite several assurances that the 2nd key fob and door code would be sent to me, no joy. Worst experience ever quoted worst case scenario at $2700 then came back later with a proximally $4000 charge for used parts technicians must work at a very slow pace to charge so many hours for such little work and service department was uncooperative and the way they explained what they were doing never received a receipt never received an explanation to what they actually did to My truck never even got a receipt for my payment horrible service still waiting for a phone call from the manager
