Prompt service attention to details
Just purchased a new 2019 Ford 150 from Crossroads Ford in Cary. Tom Post helped us locate the perfect truck, kept the truck to have a bed cover installed. This was on Friday and on Monday, the truck was delivered to our residence, all cleaned up. Tom Post handled everything, including all the paperwork and we were out of there in record time. Tom is an exceptional person!

I was called in for a recall on my f-150. I expected to be about two hrs but to my surprise the job took about 30 minutes. They were fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained all of what was to take place I highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent service - went out of their way to find what I was looking for at the best price
My husband and I were stationed in Okinawa, Japan and I was moving back to the NC ahead of his retirement and needed a car. My husband did a lot of research online and found the 2018 Ford Escape SE 4 wheel drive we wanted at Crossroads Ford. We sent an email and was contacted by Derrick Allen. My husband went online and filled out the paperwork and the weekend after I flew into NC, my son and I drove to Cary and picked up my new car! It was a very smooth, very efficient transaction. I am really enjoying my Escape!
