Avoid this dealership - very frustrated! Seems like all they care about is taking your money. We bought a ford edge a year ago and had lots of problems with water leaks and a tire that has a nail on the inside wall. They finally fixed the leak, but didn't bother to clean up any of the excess water so I had to take it back. It still has a rattle which I assume is because they didn't re-attach the door panel correctly. I was trading in a 2014 F-150 that is in great shape. The online Kelly Blue Book value is over 22K. Good luck making a deal at this dealership. I couldn't get a definite total on a price, and it took half a dozen tries to get a deal sheet to take to my credit union. The keys to the car I wanted to get my wife for her birthday was supposedly locked up. Then I get an email saying the car had a 15" scratch down to the metal. I was very disappointed, but not nearly as disappointed as I was going to get. They took away the "internet price" that I finally got a deal sheet for, plus they wanted me to pay to fix the scratch. customer service, huge selection
first off let me clarify that I never complain about service but this really bothered me. My 2007 Ford edge is under a recall for the airbag. in the letter from Ford it states that a rental car will be provided for you. when I called to schedule my appointment the young lady on the other end of the phone said "we do not need to provide rental cars for every person" and when I questioned her on this because in the letter it states that a rental car will be provided she got snippy with me. Will never go here!!!
We found a Mustang GT convertible on their website on June 26. We asked for an "internet" price which they gave us. We liked the car and asked for a deal sheet to secure a loan. We were told on July 1 that the car was locked up on their indoor lot and waiting on us. We could never get a finite number on a deal sheet. It was the "internet" price plus "fees".
