RecommendedWe had a Great time at Crossroads Cary Ford. The salesman was Terrific! It took my wife around two hours to decide between a Explorer vs Edge. She decided on the Edge. Very nice sales room or I should say a very large air conditioner warehouse that the cars are housed. All the sales team was great!

let's talk about Casey Marlak, the big Marine. He was %100 with me from the start of everything. I've been to plenty of dealerships and met plenty of sales representatives, but nobody comes close to this guy. He went way above and beyond for me, and honestly, if it wasn't for him, I would most definitely would have left in the same vehicle I came out there in. This guy is a great asset to the team. I was away from home and noticed that my Ford Explorer was acting as though it had a battery problem. I stopped in at the Crossroads Ford Quick Lane, early afternoon, no appointment, and asked if they could check the battery. 10 minutes, they diagnosed that the battery did indeed have a bad cell, replaced the battery and I was on my way with a new battery within the hour! Well done!
Purchased a F150, they were very friendly beautiful dealership! Made the experience very pleasant! Management and sales went out of their way!
The staff was friendly and they handled the whole car buying process in a timely manner.
Ford recall notice. Quick appointment with email and text updates, fast friendly service with no "up-selling pressure." We'll be going back.
Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with the service in my Escape 2014. I opened a complain but got no answer
Service was fast and professional. Cost is much more competitive then expected for oil change and tire rotation
