RecommendedWe had a Great time at Crossroads Cary Ford. The salesman was Terrific! It took my wife around two hours to decide between a Explorer vs Edge. She decided on the Edge. Very nice sales room or I should say a very large air conditioner warehouse that the cars are housed. All the sales team was great!

Recommendedlet's talk about Casey Marlak, the big Marine. He was %100 with me from the start of everything. I've been to plenty of dealerships and met plenty of sales representatives, but nobody comes close to this guy. He went way above and beyond for me, and honestly, if it wasn't for him, I would most definitely would have left in the same vehicle I came out there in. This guy is a great asset to the team. RecommendedI was away from home and noticed that my Ford Explorer was acting as though it had a battery problem. I stopped in at the Crossroads Ford Quick Lane, early afternoon, no appointment, and asked if they could check the battery. 10 minutes, they diagnosed that the battery did indeed have a bad cell, replaced the battery and I was on my way with a new battery within the hour! Well done!
