RecommendedMy 2012 Ford Fusion has been serviced by the Ford Service people since the beginning. I always have been extremely pleased with the price, service and personal care given to my car.
Horrible communication. Left my car on Thursday and got an phone call that they have order the part. The promised me that the car would be done the following Monday. Monday arrived and no call to pick up the car so later around 6pm I called to see what’s going on. They could not find my car and some one should call me back later Monday. But no call. On Tuesday I called back after 6 phone call I finally got my car back. I will never us Crossford again for service and being a car.
