RecommendedMy 2012 Ford Fusion has been serviced by the Ford Service people since the beginning. I always have been extremely pleased with the price, service and personal care given to my car.
Horrible communication. Left my car on Thursday and got an phone call that they have order the part. The promised me that the car would be done the following Monday. Monday arrived and no call to pick up the car so later around 6pm I called to see what’s going on. They could not find my car and some one should call me back later Monday. But no call. On Tuesday I called back after 6 phone call I finally got my car back. I will never us Crossford again for service and being a car.
Good service, prompt transportation to and from service facility, and good explanation of charges.

I have been looking to replace my Ford Focus for a new model Ford Edge. I started the process on the internet and got prompt replies, then when I went to the showroom to drive the car I was looking at I was handed off to a very nice salesman. Both of these gentlemen took very good care of me and I will definitely go to Crossroads again when we are in need of a vehicle!
