RecommendedI've had my cars serviced at Crossroads Ford of Cary several times. Each time they go out of the way to communicate with me, to do the right work, and to get it completed correctly. They even fit me into their schedule last week when I had a trip coming up that could not be changed. I'm happy to drive 30 miles (past other dealerships) to go to Crossroads!

Excellent, friendly service with a fantastic waiting area if you need to do computer work while you wait. They even had NY Bagel/Deli bagels and pastries, so....they are yankee-friendly!

The car I bought is a great car however I took the road test with windows down and when I purchased and got home after sitting in sun I realized it reeked of cigarettes. Crossroads kept it two full days and returned it to me reeling of cigarettes. It was obvious they never changed cabin filter or even wipe the inside down as there was a nice layer of dust on dash when I took possession of vehicle again. Needless to say it’s a great mustang, just don’t inhale and I’ll be fine. Customer service lol need I say more?
My son and I met our Salesman Rob who was not pushy at all He listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and immediately show us a couple of great deals on two loaners. I fell in love with one of them and we then proceeded to negotiate with a trade in and financing and the whole experience was pleasant and uneventful so I would rate this as a very positive experience. I had done business with them before and would highly recommend Crossroads of Cary. J toler
