RecommendedI have bought all my fords over the last decades from them. When they were over near K & S, then the other cary location, and Sanford also.
Car was acting very bad for a few weeks took it in and it’s running like a champ.

Excellent experience here. We’ve bought multiple vehicles from this dealership throughout history and the service has always been wonderful. Both Steve and Robert did everything they could not just to find A deal, but THE deal for my family and I. Absolutely recommend.
Recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-250. I normally don’t like going to dealerships because the staff can be pretty pushy but didn’t get that feeling. The experience was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us get the truck we wanted for the price we wanted. I recommend going to Crossroads Ford in Cary if you are looking for a new vehicle. I would give it 5 stars.
