Purpose of my visit was related to air bag recall. I also asked to have my transmission, exhaust, and rear defroster reconnected. I was given a call telling me that I needed a new clutch and new tiers. I was given an estimate of about 3K to fix all the issues. I informed the service department that the clutch had just been switched out and sent them the receipts. I was called a few days later and was informed that because there was nothing wrong with the transmission that the transmission work was not covered under warranty.... read more

I had a brake problem that required Ford to do the service work and they did an outstanding job repairing the problem in a timely manner at a fair cost.
Dropped vehicle off at 8 am for the day with a check engine light (which is what I was told to do). Didn’t hear anything all day. Called late that afternoon and was told that they did get the vehicle in but they couldn’t give me any information on it as I would have to speak with a specific service advisor but he was off today and they would have him call me at 8 am tomorrow morning (Yeah, doesn’t make sense but ok). bought a 2016 CPO F150 end of June. discovered a vibration and made appointment, dropped off, 3 days later called and was not worked on. Picked up truck and made new appointment. Had tech ride with me to be sure he knew issue. TWO weeks later, picked up truck after the replaced Torque converter and trans parts. On way home, noticed issue not fixed, called immediately. I took my 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid to the Quiklane facility in Apex due to a noise coming from the front left wheel. They were able to diagnose it that morning as a wheel bearing needing replacement. I then made an appointment with the main Crossroads Ford service department in Cary. Service appointments are about two weeks out. My vehicle has the extended warranty from Ford and the Quiklane facility does not process warranty work. I had such a great experience with CrossRoads Ford. I talked with Tracy on the phone and discussed what I was looking for and my trade in. She took care of so much for me and in the end made the best deal you could get anywhere. The whole crew at Cross Roads was awesome. I couldn't be happier. I bought my 2014 Escape from Capital but they didn't seem too interested in selling me a new Edge so I thought I'd try Crossroads and am I glad I did. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door and they were prepared to go to Williamsburg,VA to get it for me. And when that dealership reneged on the deal, Crossroads found me an alternate in South Carolina that I absolutely love.
