We are very happy with the two new Escapes that we purchased at Crossroads Ford Cary and we had a good experience with the sales staff. However, I can’t understand why it’s so hard to deal with the Service Department. I've been going to the service department for many years and every time i've been there I have never been dissatisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. We love taking our Explorer and F-150 there.
Brough my 2015 mustang to report aluminum oxidation showing under the engine's hood. After 2 weeks service rep got back saying that Ford denied the claim, I called Ford and they escalated to the crossroads service manager, the service manager got back saying that there is nothing they can do because Ford denied and Ford Service Relations claims that only the dealer service department can say if this is a defect or not.
