On my way to Florida from Windsor ontario I discovered I didn't understand the workings of the GPS system in my 2016 Honda Odyssey.I stopped At Coggin Honda to see if I could find someone to help .I approached the service managers desk and he was eating his lunch.Upon excusing myself for interrupting him,I told him I did didn't understand the GPS system.He immediately left his chair and followed me to my car. My parents took my car to a service appointment here, and they haven't stopped talking about it! Coggin Honda goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and entertained while your car is being serviced. From what I understand, there is a movie theatre (my parents watched part of Jurassic World) with popcorn, sodas, candy, Starbucks and I think pizza, all for free. They have massage chairs as well. Brought my crv for alignment and new battery. Gabe was right there to write the job, had the shuttle available and had my car ready after a few hours! Satisfied with this visit.
