This is a great place to have your Honda service. The gentleman that took care of me was very nice.ease to deal with. And he really know what he's doing. You need people like hem to take care of your customers.
Purchased my vehicle from Coggin last year and have had nothing but awesome service. Tried Holler Honda once since it was closer to home and had a bad service experience. Coggin Honda of Orlando worth the extra 35 minute drive!

Had a great 1st experience for getting an oil change on my new car. After arranging an appointment, which was no issue- then changing the time slightly online (Very easy!), My car was done within an hour. I dropped it off and when I came to pick it up, expecting to wait I had already received a call/VM that it was ready! I buy a car in Coggin and a few days ago I went to try to buy one for my brother and seller of name israel treated me badly and I did not want to address very bad experience !!!
Had issues in service and left a message for the manager to contact me but he never took the time to call me back. The guy that helped us was friendly, but if the manager doesn't care enough about our feedback to bother returning my call, then I don't care to ever shop here again. Easy way to lose a customer.
I took my car running and in good condition just for an air bag recall and when I picked it up, my car wasn't running. Now, they are saying it is my responsibility to fix the car. Not only that, the service manager was a real asshole about it. This is the last time I take my car to this dealer.
