Made an appt for a same day oil change and a couple other service items and I was able to get in and out in a little over an hour. Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend servicing your Honda here

Very disappointed. Made an appointment two weeks ago for a factor recall for this morning at 9am. Was told when I arrived that four days ago the parts needed for this factory recall changed, yet I was never notified. They now have to order the parts which will take days. Poor communication.
I was very satisfied this time. For me it is very important when i ask questions, they are all answered. In my opinion and after 3 years later, Coggins has better service and more professional staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Coggin Honda! I was nervous about buying my first car on my own but everyone at Coggin was wonderful and I had the pleasure of working with Dane the internet sales manager. Dane was great and got me into a great car with the safety ratings I wanted and all the features I could have asked for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be sending all my friends to Coggin when they need a car. You have a great employee in Dane and I look forward to buying another car with Coggin!
I was there for an oil and filter change last Friday. Phillip McCalla was my service advisor. He is very professional and lets you know up front what is required and the cost so there are no surprises. I did not wait long for the servicing to be done . I will definitely ask for Phillip when I return to Coggin Honda...
Every time I come to the Coggin Honda Dealership of Orlando, i always have a great experience. I met a guy that works there his name is Yoell. Yoell always helps me out and he's always the first one to come talk to me! He always makes sure that my service is done fast, and right.
