I was very disappointed with the service I received at Coggin Honda Orlando. I received a very good offer in the mail and after many visits I left with mixed answers and my time completely wasted. They mailed an offer with $0 down and the same payment or lower if I traded my new car in. This dealership could not deliver on their promise and offered me a deal with a higher payment on a lesser valued car than the one I have now. I would never recommend anyone to deal with these people.
Service advisors are always informative, polite, and helpful.
I want to say that I had communication on the phone, through text messages with Nelson. When I got to Coggins, Nelson had an emergency so a most wonderful person and salesperson worked with us, Phillip. If you go into Coggins, have Philip sell you a car. The manager was good too. There was a lot of bumps to travel through which had nothing to do with them, but they made the "RIDE" through it all, fantastic. I love my car, the buying process and how nice everyone is.
Customer service is the best at Coggin!!!! Will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.
I love going to Coggin. I've purchased multiple cars from here. I also get my current Civic serviced here as well. The people and service are always friendly and never pushy. I'll never forget how Michael Moushan went through loops and holes to try and work out a deal for me the first time I went there for a car. It's been my go to dealer ever since. Can't wait til that Civic type r comes out.
These people and this dealership are amazing! Great client care, customer satisfaction and so flexible with our schedule and popping by. The waiting area is amazing with snacks, drinks, comfortable seating and first class movies! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for service or to buy...great people you don't find everywhere. I wish I could move you to Pittsburgh you would clean everyone's clock up here! Had a 9am appt. Patrick got me in the system, did synthetic oil and filter change and hand washed my new car and I was out of there in about an hour. Waiting area is very pleasant with movie running in one area with free coffee, water and popcorn. Chair massage was available also. Great treatment of customer and good prices and excellent service levels.
Great, clean and fast service, definitely recommend!
