Customer service is horrible, i bought a odyssey and always did the service at this location, i did think for being a loyal customer they would have the best price , which is not true, also after 2 or 3 days after a scheduled maintenance we noticed a damage on the door of our car, this damage could not be done without the use of a lift elevator for the car, probably they left the door open when they lowered the car and damaged the door, i went back to talk with them and they really didn't care and were very rude, prices are ... read more
I just had Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Like always Terry Jackson was very helpful. I needed to be out by 10am and he made sure my car was clean and serviced by 10am. I always feel important here and look forward to many years of Honda service. Also I love my 2016 Honda Ex Accord, its a great car, runs great, stylish and I look forward to upgrading as I always do.
I came in near closing, they took care of me right away, and they gave me an awesome price for my oil change! Awesome!

On this past Wednesday, I had an emergency with my car at work. My battery died and it was a very busy day at work. I was able to get assistance from the Honda Service Center, especially from Toni who was very efficient and had a great sense of urgency. I was able to get my car towed to the Honda Service Center and I was given continuous updates to make sure my car gets fixed and ready to go!! Thank you, Toni!!! Thank you Coggin Honda!
