Very courteous and reliable service department. I have a 2011 Honda Insight that is subject to recall because of defective front airbags. I went to Coggin for an oil change because that is where I bought my car and was delighted to hear they had replacement parts for the airbags and could give me a loaner car while they made the repairs. What a relief that it is now fixed! Service was wonderful and will recommend Coggin to all Honda owners.
My service advisor Bruce S. was beyond amazing. The service he provided was professional and reassuring. He kept me informed every step of the way until my car was ready for pickup. Bruce is a very humble person and appreciate everything he did for me. Highly recommend him to be your service advisor.
Jason gave me the best experience. He help me with the price of my oil change. Jason went out of his way to help me. I will always be taking my Honda Civic to be service at Coggin Honda.
I have taken my car here for ten years. They offer options of leaving your car overnight which works well for me or you can wait in perhaps the nicest car waiting area in Orlando, they show movies, offer snacks and great coffee! They communicate clearly and promptly. No complaints -

Coggin Honda is staffed by a lot of great people including Service Advisor Adam Higgins. The facilities are comfortable, allowing customers to wait for service in the comfort of their large "living room" with big screen TV, coffee and snacks, or more private areas if you want to work on your laptop, read the paper, whatever. 5 stars!
This dealership and its personnel are among the Best I have ever had the privilege to work with in purchasing a new vehicle. I have purchased 5 cars/mini vans from them over the years and service just keeps getting better. If you buy via the internet always ask to speak with Nelson Merced.
