The last time my Honda Civic was serviced I happened to get A LITTLE. Better service then each time I go. Other then then actually washing my car after this time they always forget something. They do a whole b-12 and can't manage to see the light that my tires are low so I have to fill them myself. When I had my accident the outside of my car was totaled but interior was great. This used to be one of my favorite dealers to come with, however the last three times I've been there the service has been horrible. I took my mom Odyssey as the SRS light was coming on and I was told that it needed to be replaced, so the part was ordered and I came in again to have it installed. I waited over an hour to have someone tell me that they had ordered the wrong one and I needed to come back. This dealer has hidden charges and does not honor Honda eStore pricing. They call them miscellaneous charges to cover it up. However, if you buy thru their parts department its even more because they sell higher than retail. When you complain to management nothing is done. Seems like a disgruntled team that upper management seems to force to do things and service is last.
There were no donuts...stuff from the vending machine were stale.
I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Everything went according to plan and I was able to have a factory recall taken care of as well. 100% satisfied.
