I had the best experience at Coggin Honda this week. Working with Mark Bhimani and Alvin Santana was a pleasure. Buying cars is not my favorite thing to do. I needed a good, used car for one of my daughters. Mark and Alvin made sure that the car I chose was in perfect condition. They went above and beyond to make it all just right. I was also impressed with Will in the finance office. He didn't pressure me but walked me through all my options. Overall, this was a very good experience. Thank you all!!
I had a very good experience buying a car there. I worked with Giovanni Davis who was a pleasure to work with. I did not feel pressured and ended up with a great deal on my CR-V. Giovanni was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand my somewhat high- tech vehicle!
I went to Honda to get an oil change and the service member Bruce that helped me was excellent. He was very honost in everything and just had great customer service. I came back today for a recall to be done and again he was great. I would definitely come back and get service done there, even maybe purchase our next car there:). Thanks so much for such great service.
I would have given them half a star but it wasn't an option. What a terrible group of people to even attempt to buy a car from. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had car shopping - ever! A bunch of scheming, underhanded and self-dealing individuals in the business of exploiting consumers at every possible turn. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere.
I've had my 2016 Civic serviced twice there and Jason has been nothing but the best. Wait times can be a little frustrating but all in all they have been up front and honest with me.
3rd time here for scheduled maintenance and everything was perfect! Coupons and discounts were applied and everybody was very nice and polite.
Took my 2016 CR-V in to get serviced for a recall. Done within the quoted time and washed the car to boot. Looking forward to my scheduled maintenance. Please give thanks to Jerry Suarez as he was professional and helpful.
Slow service department. Even with a schedule appointment and slow paced morning. I came in at 9:00 am or an oil change which was told will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Arrive to pick my car up at 10:20. My car still isn't ready, but apparently at 10:50 i notice an employee driving my car around the parking lot.
