I will never go back to service my car at coggin Honda their service department sucks I made and appointment to service my car and was completely ignored for over 20 minutes while a couple of cars that got there after me, taken care before me, what kind of service is that???? Why make an appointment if they're not going to honor your appointment?? I would never ever go there again even if I get the service free of charge I'd still never service my car there ever again. Walked in at 7PM to LOOK at a used accord they had, walked out and 9 PM with a brand new 2017 honda civic hatch. Don't know what else to say. Mike, Tony, Levant, Gail and Jerry are the dream team they made everything seriously easy and fast. I seriously recommend coggin on obt.
My husband picked up his vehicle on May 5th which had work done. They informed him that the alarm was removed. Yesterday he calls them to inform them that during the alarm removal something must've happened since his power windows don't work at all. He was told to bring it in and have it diagnosed but he would have to pay for it. Nothing was wrong before the alarm issue and they were working perfectly. I just had my Honda Pilot serviced and WOW what an excellent staff and customer service. Derrick Gipson, my service adviser and the technician, Keith, were amazing. They were friendly, fun and completely knowledgeable. I don't care what the price difference ever is, I will ALWAYS bring my car back to the dealer to be serviced because of those that take care of me and know my car the way they do. Thank you guys for your time and making my wait enjoyable! You both are great!
Terrible service! Made an appointment for 7:40am & got there about 5 minutes early and I didnt leave the dealer till around 1:00 PM!!!! All this for a simple diagnostic and for them to unlock my radio! Around 12:40 the guy finally calls me and tells me everything set. I reminded him about my radio and he forgot!
