Adam Higgins was me service advisor and has always had my best interest at heart! In November I had my car serviced and he was able to put me in a loaner so I wouldn’t have to spend an 8 hour day there. I had expected to pay over $1500 dollars for the work needed but was told once they got the car on the lift there were 2 things they didn’t feel it was necessary! I was in Orlando with my family from South Florida. 3 days earlier we had a leak from a transmission seal and had it fixed at a dealer in South Florida. Drove to Orlando and upon arriving at our hotel the undercarriage of the Honda Pilot was covered with oil. The next morning happen to be a Saturday, we brought it to Coggin and got right in and it was fixed within 5 hours. Everyone was great, professional and we got a free loaner car for the day so our weekend getaway wasn't cut short with no car.
Gave a 3 for the service department but apparently from what I've read of the reviews I may not ever purchase a vehicle from Coggin. The service department has some very friendly service writers working there but their regular prices are ridiculously high. I always have to wait for a "deal" to get emailed to me before I can afford to take either of our Hondas in. Had a minor service call on my Honda and found Coggin Honda service to be excellent. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The waiting lounge was comfortable and equipped with a movie and snacks. Nice way to spend your time waiting for your car. Excellent job!!
Exceptional service every time. Went in for an oil change, was taken care of right away and I was out of there within 30 minutes.
I purchased my Honda Civic EXL 2015 at this location and i couldnt be happier with it. Fast forward two years: I've since had my routine oil changes/inspections done solely at Coggin--- During my most recent visits I was assisted by service advisor Derrick Gipson. He should definitely be commended for his professionalism and service. Thanks to all involved in keeping my car running as it should!!!
