I had a great experience at Coggin Honda. Ricardo Cruz amd Diana Lu are a great team. They treated me with respect and help me get the suv I wanted. I'm loving my CRV-EXL 2018!!!!
I was a little disappointed when my son and I arrived at Honda dealership. A persuasive salesman named Emmanuel met with us and I felt inspired considering that his name neans"God with us". We were greeted with courtesy and professonalism from the salesperson to the manager which i didnt receive from CFLToyota�. Emmanuel, Brandon and Manager, kudos on customer service and satisfsction. Thanks for a wonderful, friendly and outstanding experience.
I don’t recommend them to anyone , had a terrible experience, they could not fix my radio and Bluetooth plus they report to Honda to not cover the expenses saying the problem is my phone by the way my car civic 2016 not an old car and my phone is not the newest iPhone , since I got the car is not working properly , 2016 Car Bluetooth doesn’t work , plus they are rude , unprofessional .
i was waiting about one hour to change the oil and nobody atend me. very bad service. they atend two person behind me without appointment. the guy told me that 105 people was waiting for oil change. a big lier. was around 12 person in total. im very disapointment. very very bad service in the line.
Decided on Honda as well as Coggin based on my experience there. Have only had my 2013 Honda Accord serviced there and each time they exceed my expectations with prompt, courteous and complete service with clear explanations and reasonable pricing. When I purchased the vehicle I extended my warranty for 7 years. Plan to keep my vehicle in tip top shape and plan to use Coggin Honda to do this.
Showed up withhour an appointment and got oil change, alignment, rotated the tires, transmission and brake fluid replaced; all in less than two hours. Service department took really good care and communicated every step. Actual bill was less than what was quoted. Have bought 6 cars from Coggin (I like trading in for the new ones) and will probably get my 7th there.
Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle and providing great service. I'm very pleased for your fabulous service.
