The best place in service, kindness and attention.
Buying a car from Coggin was an ordeal - our salesman was clueless and ended up needing to transfer the sale to a manager. Thought I'd give them a second chance when I discovered I needed service - called once and was told "someone would call me back to set an appointment." Nothing. No callback. Called again the next day, was told the same thing - and again, no callback. They obviously don't want people's business - and they won't be getting mine again. I'll be driving to Clermont.
I will like to thank Mr.Ha. He is very professional. Excellent customer services. My car is running perfect. Thank u.
We have bought twice from Nelson Merced at Coggin Honda. He has taken care of everything and made it so easy. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership but he makes the process so smooth and seamless.
