I have been a customer of Honda since 2005. I took my 2012 Honda Accord in for service and was concerned because I was hearing a noise from the rear tyres. I explained to my service advisor Mathew Mendez and he assured me he will look into it along with my regular service. He sure did and also checked on my extended warranty and got all my repairs done.
