The service department is great! I love that I drive into the service department and staff are ready to assist. My service adviser for over 2 years is Matthew and he is the best. He is patient and explains work to be done on the car with clarity. Not pushy at all.
Have been dealing with Coggin Honda for 22 years and have never been disappointed.
Always good service at Coggins in Orlando. Carlos Mateo did an excellent job and should be commended. I had my oil, my transmission fluids changed, my car washed and one of my dummy light � changed by Carlos himself in 1 1/2. Thanks Carlos and all the team at Coggins. I had to give Coggin 1 star because I couldn’t give them no stars. My mother brought her vehicle into the dealership to be repaired on Friday. She brought in the paper work to have the left front bumper and the left rim to be repaired. The paper work she provided was very clear about these two things to be repaired.
