Took our Pilot in for an airbag recall and oil change tire rotation. They found two different issues (leaks) that were covered under warranty. One of them was where our mileage was 200 miles short of the end and the delivery date within a week of the 4 year warranty. Since one of the coverages involved most of the labor for a timing belt change that would be due next year. The rep offered that service for 1/2 price if we did it now. I have very good experiences at Coggin. My service rep is Derrick and he is awesome!!!! I believe the most time I have waited for an oil change and tire rotation has been an hour, which I felt is fine. Thanks so much.
Bruce was exceptionally helpful. He not only made sure I received coupon discounts, he took the time to explain everything that was done and gave me a copy of the entire report! Above and beyond the normal service I went in for, he helped me with my blue tooth connection so that it is now working better. I will happily keep Bruce as my service adviser for as long as he'll have me!!
Well, this is the 7th purchase of a car between my wife and I, need I say anymore. This place is wonderful.
I went yesterday for a regular oil change, tire rotation/balance on my 2003 Pilot. Derreck was my service advisor and I was very pleased with his polite and courteous manner. This was one of the few time, where a service advisor didn't try to tell me I needed $1,000 - $2,000 work on my car even though the car always runs fine. Derreck made this experience stress free and pleasant.
I got my first car from Coggins and i absolutely love it! I received excellent customer service especially from Jovan Davis! Everyone there worked together to get me into my car and satisfied with everything, i definitely wanna go back the next time i go for a car. If you go, ask for Jovan, he can really make your day!
Our first encounter with Coggins India was 3 years ago when our air conditioning failed on our first day of vacation. It was a Saturday, called, spoke to Adam and we were fixed and in to our vacation. Two years ago we had oil changes done and quick turnaround with Adam in service as our contact.
