Gabriel was excellent. I was disappointed in the wait time and i noticed when I got home one of my hub caps on my car was bent . The person doing the service was not great.
I leased a Honda from Coggin and just hit my 1 year anniversary. This past Saturday I took the Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I was quoted a 2 1/2 hour wait time. Overall time to complete these tasks took 3 hours. I left the dealership and the service light comes on around 20 minutes later, I called back to the dealership and they advised they would contact me back which I never received a call back. Excellent services as always. We like our vehicles taken care of and here they. Do it along with great coffee apples and temping donuts. We will see you agin for our next scheduled appointment.
