I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership in the past. The last one I am owed an accessory that I have tried to work with them for several months to get handled. Still have it in writing that the item is owed to me. They refused to get it resolved. Just not the same dealership I once dealt with. Disappointing
This place is wonderful for service. I just went in yesterday for service and had a great experience.
Had service done to my HRV. Ha Nguyen was the customer service rep who took care of my car. Was very happy with the service.
Amazing car buying experience! Everyone there, from sales through finance and everyone in between, was friendly and helpful. Many dealerships have a high pressure sales feel but Coggin was not at all. I would absolutely recommend anyone to buy a car there!

When I bought my new 2016 Accord EX-L, I was extremely satisfied! HOWEVER, after having to take it back 5 times for the same problem (phone would not connect to radio via Bluetooth), I was not only dissatisfied, I was extremely pissed off!! My service advisor Mathew, did a good job, but, it took almost 3 weeks to put a new radio in, after they said I needed anew radio.
