I took my car in for an oil change and Victor in the service department was very professional and took care of me. They showed me things that needed to be taken care of and I will do it when I get a chance. I depend on Honda to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in working condition so it never breaks down. I do shop around for prices to see where I can save money. It was a good experience. Sitting in the lounge stops my mind from wondering when my car will be done. Will & always go to Honda dealership.

Be wary of deceptive pricing and shady practices. Was offered a vehicle as Honda Pre-Certified and when I went to purchase it a few days later was told that vehicle was not certified and that I have to pay extra to get the Honda Pre-certification. After the purchase noticed that the vehicle was missing a headrest and headphones. I went and spoke with a manager and he did get a replacement for the headphones and headrest but refused to refund the extra $300 I had to pay for the certification without changing my monthly paymen... read more
